The Hosts

Ward and Sean met while playing soccer together in the 1980s back in Portland, Texas. They are both educators who love to run and love a good deal. Follow them along the journey to explore trail, marathon, and ultramarathon running without breaking the bank.

Ward Sayre

Ward lives in Hattiesburg Mississippi and teaches economics at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Sean Dickson

Sean lives in Austin and loves running the trails that intertwine the city. Sean teaches high school English in the Hays Consolidated school system.
